Watermelon Pizza 

Perfect summer refreshing healthy snack 



1 large watermelon 

1/2 a mango sliced 

1 small handful of sliced strawberries 

1 sliced kiwi

1/4 cup of fresh halved grapes 

1/4 cup of fresh blueberries 

1/4 cup of natural coconut yoghurt 

A few fresh mint leaves 



1. Start by slicing off once even circle of watermelon around 1 1/2 cm thick 

2. Top with your favourite fruits 

3. Add coconut yoghurt around the pizza in dollops 

4. Then add fresh mint leave slice and serve
