Vegan Pavlova

Christmas Pavlova 

I have been playing around with an aquafaba pavlova for a few years now. Always trying to replicate an egg version, where you have that beautiful soft nice sponge centre. Well, it’s not quite there, but I think it’s a good as it gets! and its a super easy recipe.
