Vegan Nectarine fragipane tart

1/2 a cup of vegan butter 
1/2 brown sugar 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 and 1/4 cups ground almonds 
2/3 cup of self-raising flour 
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 to 1 cup of nut milk 
2 fresh nectarines segmented

Frangipane Mixture
1. Heat your oven to 180 degrees
2. In a bowl, cream the vegan butter, sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer or wooden spoon. With the mixer on low speed, add the nut milk first then dry ingredients 
3. Once you have a nice smooth batter, lightly grease a medium size tart tin with oil or vegan butter. 
4. Pour all batter into the tart tin 
5. Top with nectarines around the tart 
6. Place in the oven at 180 and cook for around 45 minutes or until lightly golden
Then remove and cool on a rack
Enjoy once cooled
