Here you will find loads of recipes. That are quick, tasty and healthy for the whole family. Most recipes are gluten-free. You will find a large selection of recipes from different cuisines around the globe. I specialise in creating food all over the world. Without compromising flavour!

On this page will have access to the free recipes, pantry staples and kitchen ingredients. If you wish to gain access to my incredible range of over 100 recipes, videos and weekly new content! Free Recipes

Super Easy Granola

Serves: 2 Large jars – Skill: Easy – Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

3 cups of rolled oats

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup of fine brown sugar

1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup of almonds

1/4 cup of cashews

1/4 cup of macadamia

1/4 cup of pecans

1/4 cup of brazil

1/4 cup of sunflower seeds

1 tbsp of cinnamon

1 banana mashed

Method

  1. Start by prep heating an oven to 160 degrees – fan-forced. (make sure the top element isn’t on )
  2. Now add all the ingredients above into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Use your hands to mix the ingredients until we combine.
  4. Now place baking paper on two large baking trays.
  5. Divide the granola onto the two trays, making sure you spread a thin layer and not too thick. Or the mix will not cook evenly. Press down on the mixture to create more clusters.
  6. Place in the oven to cook for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, toss the granola and cook for the remaining time. Cook a little longer if the granola isn’t golden.
  7. Once cooked – turn the oven off and let cool. Once cooked, remove and add any dried fruits or goji berries. Place in an airtight container and keep for three months.

Sticky Korean Tofu Bites

Serves 2 – Skill: Medium – Time: 20 mins

Ingredients Sauce

1 tbsp of sriracha sauce

Juice from 1 lime ( 1 tbsp )

2 tbsp of vegan oyster sauce

1 tsp of tamari

1 tsp of Gochujang paste

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1/4 cup of water

1 tsp of sesame seed oil

1 garlic clove diced fine

1 tbsp of ginger diced fine

Tofu 300 gram cubed

Cornflour to dust ( 1/4 cup )

Garnish

Red chilli, sesame seeds and fresh herbs

Method

  1. Start by lightly coating the tofu in cornflour
  2. Then heat a frying pan on medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil
  3. Add the tofu and cook until golden on each side
  4. Add the sauce into a frying pan, coat the tofu and heat until it starts to thicken (The sauce should be thick and sticky-looking. )
  5. Remove once thick and serve the tofu over steamed rice
  6. Serve with sliced chillies, fresh herbs and sesame seeds

kimchi fritters

Vegan Kimchi & Cauliflower Fritters ( GF )

A household family favourite. Loaded with good probiotics from the kimchi, this recipe is fantastic for your gut health.

Serves: 2 – Skill: Easy – Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

1 cup of vegan kimchi

1 cup of cauliflower chopped into small pieces

1 cup of red cabbage shredded fine

2 tbsp of nutritional yeast

1 small green onion sliced thin

1/4 cup of plain flour or GF flour

Vegan butter to cook

Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Start by placing all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, toss and coat well.
  2. Then add a little water, just until you get a sticky mix. The mixture will be loose and not a batter. It’s important not to add more flour. Or, it will become more like a pancake, than a fritter.
  3. Heat a large frying pan on medium heat with some vegan butter and cook in batches.
  4. Cook each fritter for 4 to 5 minutes per side to get a nice crispy edge.
  5. Serve with some natural coconut yogurt and fresh herbs.

Kung Pao Tofu

Serves 2 – Skill: Medium – Time: 20 mins

Sauce Ingredients

2 teaspoons cornflour

1.5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce

2 tablespoons Chinese vinegar

1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine

1 tablespoon sugar

1  teaspoon of sesame oil

1/2 cup of water

STIR FRY

2 tbsp of vegetable oil

3 garlic cloves diced fine

1 tbsp of ginger, finely chopped

1 tbsp of chilli flakes

2 green onions sliced thin

1/2 cup of peanuts chopped rough

250 grams of firm tofu cubed into bite sizes

1 cup of white mushrooms cut into quarters

Method

  1. Start by heating a wok or large frying pan on medium heat with the oil.
  2. Then add the mushrooms and onions and lightly fry for a few minutes until golden.
  3. Next add the tofu, garlic, ginger, chillies and fry for another minute. Now add in the sauce and stir through until thickened.
  4. Turn the heat off and serve with rice.
  5. Sprinkle with peanuts & green onions.
