Sweet Potatoe Wedges


2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons of olive oil


  1. Start by prepping a baking tray lined with baking paper
  2. Preheat the oven to 190-degree fan forced
  3. Then using a large mixing bowl add the oil, dry spices salt and pepper
  4. Toss the potatoes through and make sure they are all well covered
  5. Place out on the baking tray and place in the oven for 30 to 40 mins. After 20 minutes flip the potatoes over and continue to cook until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and serve with sweet chilli sauce and vegan sour cream
