Let’s experience the wonderful flavours that Chinese cuisine has to offer.
In this Chinese cooking class, I have veganised all your Chinese favourites and packed them all into this awesome cooking class. In this class, I will teach you about common Chinese condiments, spices and nuts, that create a sophisticated and addictive flavour: savoury, umami, sour, sweet, spicy, smoky & nutty.
Chinese dishes are easy to create at home, you just need a few basic staples and you will be creating far better Chinese food than your local take out. In this class, I will also teach you four of your favourite Chinese dishes plus 5 dumpling folding methods. You will be a dumpling master before you know it. You will then make the following dishes as well
Kung Pao Chicken ( vegan ) GF
Beef and black bean ( vegan ) GF
Singapore Noodles Mei fun GF
Sweet and Sour tofu GF
Filtered Water & Herbal teas

This class will run from 10:30 am through to around 1 pm depending on group size and dynamic.
I will also have fresh filtered water and you can BYO. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a note pad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information will be emailed on the week of the class as well.
