Looking to learn the art of balancing Thai flavours? Then why not join in this fun-filled Vegan Thai fusion cooking class. Thai food is all about balancing sweet, salty and sour. Ayarah will guide you through learning the secrets in making perfect the Thai curry pastes and give you the foundations of mastering Asian cuisine! Let Ayarah take your taste buds on a journey and explosion of flavours in our vegan Thai fusion cooking class.
Our classes are a great way to unwind in a casual environment, where you can bring your kids, friends or family. Our classes are designed for everyone to enjoy them.
Vegan Thai fusion class, includes the following
Green mushroom curry
Crispy tofu rice paper rolls
Peanut satay dipping sauce
Yellow sweet jackfruit curry
Fragrant jasmine rice
2 hrs hands-on cooking class
Refreshments throughout the day
All recipes and class notes
BYO is welcome
This class will run from 10:30am through to around 12:30/ 1pm depending on group size and dynamic. The class will have fresh filtered water and herbal tea on offer to enjoy, while learning the secrets of Thai food. Class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a note pad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information will be emailed on the week of the class as well.
Dates are available on the top of page. Select from the drop down menu which class on which month you would like. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from myself, the week of the class with directions and details.
