Get ready to go on a flavour ride to Morocco! Vegan Moroccan Fusion, is my NEW vegan cooking class. Inspire by the Autumn weather coming our way.
Think, slow cooked jackfruit that melts in your mouth with an abundance of flavours and spices. Moroccan food is all about spices and herbs that burst with flavour. This Vegan Moroccan Fusion cooking class is for those who love herbs and spices. In this online class you will to cook the following dishes.
Pulled Jackfruit Tagine
Fluffy handmade flat breads
Moroccan inspired tomato olive salsa
Moroccan spiced chickpea salad

Vegan Moroccan Fusion class will run from 10:30am through to around 12:30 depending on group size and dynamic.
There will also be fresh filtered water and you can BYO. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a note pad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information will be emailed on the week of the class as well.
Dates are available on the top of page. Select from the drop down menu which class on which month you would like. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from myself, the week of the class with directions and details.
