Let me take you on a flavour adventure through the streets of Japan. Learn the key ingredients to master Japanese food and create divine dishes in your home. This class teaches you how to create beautiful, delicate sushi and sashimi skills.
The class will cover the following Japanese dishes.
All guests will create all of the following dishes to create their own beautiful Japanese spread.
Tomato Sashimi with Fried Nori
Vegan Salmon Steaks
Nigiri with Wasabi Mayo
Uramaki Rolls with Spicy Vegan Chipotle Mayo
Temaki Dragon Rolls
All recipes included Tea and coffee Lunch
This class is suitable for kids and gluten-free diets.
The vegan Japanese cooking class will run from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Depending on the group and their skill sets. There will be fresh filtered water, herbal teas & coffee to enjoy. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Dates are available at the top of the page. Select from the drop-down menu which class in which month you would like.
