Come join my vegan Japanese inspired cooking class. When I think of Japanese, I tend to think of sushi and ramen bowls. In this class, I will teach you how to create your own vegan eggs to enjoy with a beautiful warm bowl of ramen soup.
I will also teach you how to make sushi fried balls a take on sushi but more fun! These balls are great to make and you can fill them with any of your favourite fillings. My favourite agedashi with sweet chilli sauce, potstickers filled with delicious fillings and more!

Vegan Japanese cooking class will run from 10:30 am through to around 1 pm depending on group size and dynamic.
There will be fresh filtered water and herbal teas to enjoy. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a note pad and pen to take extra notes if you like.
Dates are available at the top of the page. Select from the drop-down menu which class on which month you would like. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from me, the week of the class with directions and details.
