Come join my vegan Japanese inspired cooking class. Nestled in the Roleystone hills, enjoy a morning learning how to make some of my favourites. Including Japanese pancakes, katsu, beautiful red sushi rolls, sesame soba noodles & crispy tempura.

Ayarah’s classes are all plant-based, no animal products are used and 100% vegan. Our classes are also all hands-on where you cook the food, as this is the best way to learn. 


The class will cover my favourite Japanese dishes 


 Katsu with spiced noodles

Japanese pancakes GF

Mixed sushi rolls GF

Sticky sweet chill tofu GF

Tempura veggies with garlic aioli 

Sesame soba noodles 




Vegan Japanese cooking class will run from 10:30 am through to around 1 pm depending on group size and dynamic. 

There will be fresh filtered water, herbal teas & coffee to enjoy. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a notepad and pen to take extra notes if you like. 

Dates are available at the top of the page. Select from the drop-down menu which class on which month you would like. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from me, the week of the class with directions and details.
