Come join my vegan Japanese inspired cooking class. Nestled in the Roleystone hills, enjoy a morning learning how to make some of my favourites. Including Japanese pancakes, katsu, beautiful red sushi rolls, sesame soba noodles & crispy tempura.

Ayarah’s classes are all plant-based, no animal products are used and 100% vegan. Our classes are also all hands-on where you cook the food, as this is the best way to learn. In this class, you will get your own bench equipped with everything you need. As a group, we will cook the dishes listed below


The class will cover the following Japanese dishes 


 Katsu with spiced sesame soba noodles

Japanese pancakes GF

Mixed sushi rolls red and white GF

Watermelon sashimi GF

Sticky sweet chill tofu GF

Tempura veggies (Not GF)

Sesame soba noodles  (Not GF)




Vegan Japanese cooking class will run from 10:30 am through to around 1 pm depending on group size and dynamic. 

There will be fresh filtered water, herbal teas & coffee to enjoy. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a notepad and pen to take extra notes if you like. 

Dates are available at the top of the page. Select from the drop-down menu which class on which month you would like. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from me, the week of the class with directions and details.
