Italian food has a beautiful simplistic style which I adore. Not only is the food bursting with flavour, but it’s also loads of fun to cook for everyone in the home.
In this Vegan Italian cooking class, I will personally guide you through my classic Italian-inspired dishes. Teaching you new skills for the kitchen, leaving you feeling confident and inspired.
Come, enjoy a b.y.o vino or latte while you cook in my cozy kitchen studio with like-minded others. In this vegan cooking class, you get your cooking bench equipped with everything you need to whip up these dishes. As a group, we will cook the dishes below

Make gnocchi from scratch with Sundried Tomato Sauce
Gnocchi pan-fried with Butter Sage Caper Sauce
Saffron Risotto
Arancini Balls and Romesco Sauce
Asparagus lemon salad
Toasted butter almond Brussels
Note: Class can cater for Gluten Free. ( Add a note when booking please )
I will also have fresh filtered & sparkling water. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a notepad and pen to take extra notes if you like. Classes run from 10:30am through to 12:30pm/1pm
Dates are available at the top of the page. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from me the week of the class with directions and details. Otherwise, you can find them on my contact page.
