Vegan Christmas Cooking Class
Back by popular demand! Ayarah’s Vegan Christmas cooking classes are my hottest class for the year!
With people requesting back in September 🙂
Come, enjoy a beautiful summer morning overlooking the valley. Whip up an incredible Christmas feast with like-minded others. Then, head out to the stunning balcony to enjoy your Christmas feast.
You will make the following dishes in this class before sitting down to enjoy them all.
We will start the morning with a mimosa station. Enjoy a passionfruit or grapefruit mimosa. Both alcoholic and non-available to everyone.
Then start the class by making the following dishes.
Crispy Leaf potatoes
Cavolo Nero radicchio salad with pineut pangritata
Green Beans pistachio orange cranberry butter
White cabbage fennel & avocado slaw with jalapeno dressing
The main is a Vegan chicken rolled roast with a Christmas spiced nut stuffing, served with a silky gravy.
Then finish with class with a delectable gingerbread cheesecake.
This class included sparkling, white & red wine as well.
Tea, coffee and water are also included.
Vegan Christmas Cooking class will run from 10:30 am through to around 1:30 pm depending on group size and dynamic. This is a hands-on cooking class where you cook the food.
There will be fresh filtered water, herbal teas & coffee to enjoy. The class also includes all recipes and lunch, tea, coffee, water, alcohol.
Dates are available at the top of the page. Select from the drop-down menu which class on which month you would like. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from me, the week of the class with directions and details.
