Escape the hustle and bustle for a jam-packed half-day of vegan food and nutrition. I will personally take you over everything you need to know in order to thrive off a plant-based diet. From dairy alternatives, making your own butter, sour cream, milk & more. To meat alternatives, superfoods, vegan eggs, snacks, simple sweet treats & plant-based nutrition.
This class is perfect for newbie vegans, anyone keen on learning how to cook more with plants, gluten-free diets, those looking on broadening their recipe range in the kitchen. Or anyone keen on gaining more ideas and improving their overall plant-based nutrition.
This class is the perfect weekend plant-based getaway to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired!

This vegan 101 half-day cooking class will run from 9:30 am through to around 1 pm/ 1:30 depending on the group and dynamic.
I will also have fresh filtered water and herbal teas. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a note pad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information will be emailed on the week of the class as well.
Dates are available on the top of the page. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from me, the week of the class with directions and details.
