Welcome to The taste of Asia, a vegan inspired cooking class created with my favourite Asian foods. In this hands-on Asian cooking class, we will cover some key ingredients in Asian cuisine, plus learn the secrets to making your own soft and fluffy steamed buns!
You will learn all about Asian laksa’s, sweet and sticky cauliflower bites, soft and fluffy steamed buns, macadamia mushroom dumplings, garlic and ginger dipping sauce, plus a few little extras too.
This cooking class is packed full of flavours and textures to improve your skills in the kitchen. I will teach you about key ingredients and curry paste techniques to give you an array of skills to keep you excited in the kitchen.

All recipes are GF other than the buns and dumplings

The taste of Asia class will run from 10:30 am through to around 12:30 / 1 pm depending on group size and dynamic.
There will also be fresh filtered water and you can BYO. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a note pad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information and address will be emailed on the week of the class as well.
