The taste of Asia is a vegan inspired cooking class created to enjoy some of my favourite asian foods made vegan. In this hands on asian cooking class, we will cover some key ingredients in asian cuisine, plus learn the secrets to making your own steamed buns!
This class will learn all about Asian laksa’s, sweet and sticky cauliflower bites, soft and fluffy steamed buns, macadamia mushroom dumplings and a few little extras too.
The taste of Asia cooking class is going to be packed full of flavours and textures which will help improve your skills in the kitchen. Definitely not one to be missed!
Asian noddle laksa
Steamed handmade buns
Macadamia mushroom dumplings
Sweet and sticky tempura cauliflower bites
Fragrant steamed rice
Sweet chilli sauce
Lemongrass lime & mint mocktails
The taste of Asia class will run from 10:30am through to around 12:30 depending on group size and dynamic.
There will also be fresh filtered water and you can BYO. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a note pad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information will be emailed on the week of the class as well.
Dates are available on the top of page. Select from the drop down menu which class on which month you would like. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from myself, the week of the class with directions and details.
