Welcome to my Malaysian – Indonesian cooking class. This class has some of my favourite recipes!
Including mushroom rending. This was a game-changer when I finally worked out how to create a vegan version. It tastes just like how I remember when living in Malaysia.
In this class, I will teach you how to create Rendang, with Roti Jala, Nasi Goreng with vegan fried egg, Char Kway Teow, Malaysian Laksa and more! This class is perfect for those who love Asian food.
My classes are hands-on and everyone cooks in stations of two people. As a group, we will make all the dishes listed below. This also included your lunch.

This class will run from 10:30 am through to around 12:30/1 pm depending on group size and dynamic. All class information will also be emailed on the week of the class.
