Welcome to my Malaysian/ Indonesian Fusion cooking class. This class is all vegan and has some of my favourite recipes! Including mushroom rending. This was a game-changer when I finally worked out how to create a vegan version. It tastes just like how I remember when living in Malaysia. 

In this class, I will teach you how to create Rendang, with Roti Gala, Nasi Goreng with vegan fried egg, Char Kway Teow, Malaysian Laksa and more! This class is perfect for those who love Asian food. 

My classes are hands-on and everyone cooks in stations of two people. As a group, we will make all the dishes listed below. This also included your lunch.


Cooking Class Includes 

Mushroom Rendang

Roti Jala

Nasi Goreng

Char Kway Teow

Malaysian Laksa

Vegan fried Eggs 

Turmeric and Coconut rice 

All recipes 


Filtered water, tea and coffee 

This class will run from 10:30 am through to around 12:30/1 pm depending on group size and dynamic. The class will have fresh filtered water and herbal tea on offer to enjoy while learning the secrets of Thai food. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a notepad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information will be emailed on the week of the class as well. 

Dates are available at the top of the page. Select from the drop-down menu which class on which month you would like. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from me, the week of the class with directions and details.
