Come explore the hidden spices of India with Ayarah in this NEW Indian spice vegan cooking class! This class is set to impress with melt in your mouth winter warming dishes that will make anyone smile.
Come enjoy a vino or latte while you cook in my cossie kitchen studio with like-minded others. In this class, I will teach you how to make vegan naan bread from scratch and go over the basics of Indian spices and flavours. You get your cooking bench equipped with everything you need to whip up these dishes. Then you can head out to our balcony overlooking the Perth hills and enjoy lunch you have made.

You’ll then all cook the following dishes
Meen Kulambu- Southern Indian dish we will be using jackfruit instead of fish
Biryani with Indian spice tofu
Naan garlic or plain
Ginger and pineapple chutney
All dishes are GF other than the Naan which can be made with GF alternative
This class will run from 10:30 am through to around 12:30 depending on group size and dynamic.
I will also have fresh filtered water and you can BYO. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a note pad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information will be emailed on the week of the class as well.
