I first starting learning to create vegan cheese four years ago through Mathew Kenney’s Culinary School In Los Angeles. Most importantly I knew if I was going to start making and teaching vegan cheese, that I would have to learn from the best. Now you can join me in learning to create beautiful vegan cheese with ease.
Our cheese workshops cover the art of fermentation, dehydration, ageing process and flavouring techniques. Classes include a vegan cheese that you make on the day and all recipes for different types of cheese and flavours. And we have loads of cheese to taste.

All our workshops are located up in the Perth hills only 40 minutes from the CBD. Our cooking classes are located at our property on ten acres of natural bush with beautiful sweeping valley views.
