I first starting learning to create vegan cheese in 2015, through Mathew Kenney’s Culinary School In Los Angeles. Most importantly I knew if I was going to start making and teaching vegan cheese, that I would have to learn from the best. Now you can join me in learning to create beautiful vegan cheese with ease. Our beginners cheese workshops cover fermentation, the ageing process and flavouring techniques.
Class includes you very own take home vegan cheese that you will make on the day.

Cheese platter of different styles and textures to taste and try on the day
Classes run from 10:30am through to around 12:00 depending on group size and dynamic. Feel free to bring a note pad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information will be emailed on the week of the class as well.
Dates are available on the top of page. Select from the drop down menu which class on which month you would like. Your payment receipt is your confirmation. Then you will receive an email from myself, the week of the class with directions and details.

All our workshops are located up in the Perth hills only 40 minutes from the CBD. Our cooking classes are located at our property on ten acres of natural bush with beautiful sweeping valley views. Class address will be mailed the week of your class.
