Get set to take a trip to Bali with me! One thing we love about Bali is the incredible mouth-watering food. In this class, I will cover the basics of Balinese ingredients and cooking.
We will cover how to bring together a few different warming sambals, curries, delicious satays and salads. This class also happens to be Gluten Free.
What you’ll be cooking
2 different styles of Balinese Paste Spice Mix
Tempeh Manis GF ( Sweet and spicy tempeh dish )
Kelor Japan Dan Lab Mesantang ( Pumpkin Curry )
Urab GF ( A salad with veggies, coconut and spices )
Base Kecang GF ( Rich Balinese peanut sauce )
Sambal Tomat GF ( Type of sambal )
Sambal Terong Balado GF ( Eggplant sambal )
Jukut Mecantok – GF Organic greens with rich Balinese peanut sauce.
The menu may vary on the ingredients available
Depending on group size and dynamics, this class will run from 10:30 am to around 12:30/1 pm. The class will have fresh filtered water and herbal tea. The class also includes all recipes and information on the day. Feel free to bring a notepad and pen to take extra notes if you like. All class information will be emailed on the week of the class.
