Friday Night Ramen 🍜

This is our favourite family ramen enjoyed with my vegan eggs!

2/3 cup of mixed mushrooms
2 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon white miso paste
1 green onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp of ginger, sliced into sticks
2 cloves of garlic, diced fine
2/3 cup of water
125 grams of soba noodles
1 teaspoon vegan chicken stock
Asian greens, coriander, fried tofu 🌿 & vegan eggs

Method
Add the oil and mushrooms to a saucepan on medium heat. Cook for 2 minutes, add the miso paste, ginger, garlic and green onions.
Cook for 2 minutes, add water, stock and noodles. Cook for 4 minutes or until noodles are tender👌
Serve with fried tofu, Asian greens, coriander, and vegan eggs and enjoy!

These are the bomb 💣
If you would like my ramen recipe tune in tomorrow 🥰
Vegan egg recipe
1 cup of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of jell-it-in-setter
1 teaspoon of black salt
2 tablespoons of vegan chipotle Mayo
Method
Add the coconut milk and setter in a saucepan- whisk until smooth.
Bring to a gentle boil, and remove from the heat.
Add black salt and stir through. Pour into egg moulds👌 Place in the fridge until set - 20 mins. Scoop out centres and add vegan Mayo
Enjoy!

Thank you to everyone who supports my business 🥰

This year I kicked off our international cooking retreats! This was a milestone for my business. I am incredibly grateful to have a job I love 🙌 I also introduced two new cooking class cuisines and held more incredible Margaret River retreats

Did two huge fundraising events for animal sanctuaries 💛 Donated over 100 toys to pups in shelters and shared my time with animals in need. Plus, a huge amount of other sanctuaries Ayarah donates to monthly.

Created loads of recipes for Nourish Mag and started my food coaching 👊 😮‍💨 It’s been a busy year! I wouldn’t have it any other way 💛💛💛💛

I am looking forward to 2023 and the next chapter in Ayarah🙏 Next year classes are already booking into March and April😍
