Peanut Butter Chia Cups 

These are perfect for a post-workout snack if you are serious about getting some muscle gains. You don’t need to be wasting your money on processed protein shakes and nasty protein powders. These are not only unnecessary; they usually contain loads of nasty sugars, synthetics and excess protein we don’t need. 


Makes: 4 cups 

Time: 20 minutes 

Skill: Easy 


1/4 cup of chia seeds 

1/4 cup of coconut yogurt 

1 cup of water 

pinch of salt 

1/4 cup of natural pure peanut butter 

2 tablespoons of flaked almonds 



1.Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix well and let for 15 minutes to absorb water 

2. Once absorbed spoon mixture into 4 cups and top with fresh banana, almonds and more peanut butter if you like

*If adding more peanut butter add one teaspoon per cup. Peanut butter contains loads of fats, and you don’t need the excess on the top*
