Papaya Fruit Bowls

1 small papaya cut in half
1 cup of your favourite coconut yogurt
1/4 cup of halved raspberries
1/4 cup of sliced banana
1/4 cup of kiwi diced fine
2 tablespoons of granola
1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves


  1. Start with your papaya and place on a plate
  2. You can cut a small piece off the bottom of them so they sit flat on the plate and don’t slide around
  3. Then evenly fill with coconut yogurt in each half of papaya
  4. Layer with fresh fruits and sprinkle with  granola
