Papaya Fruit Bowls

Nothing says summer like tropical fruits. making these papaya fruit bowls are the bomb! Fresh sweet tropical fruits are my favourite and did you know papaya is great for digestion and loaded with fibre. These are great with my homemade buckwheat granola for extra calories and energy during the day. 




1 small papaya cut in half

1 cup of your favourite coconut yoghurt

1/4 cup of halved raspberries

1/4 cup of sliced banana

1/4 cup of kiwi diced fine

2 tablespoons of granola

1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves


  1. Start with your papaya and place on a plate
  2. You can cut a small piece off the bottom of them so they sit flat on the plate and don’t slide around
  3. Then evenly fill with coconut yoghurt in each half of papaya
  4. Layer with fresh fruits and sprinkle with granol
