Fig and Raspberry cups

Makes: 6 cups

Skill Level: Easy


1/2 a cup of chia seeds
1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
6 fresh figs quartered
1 cup of fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds


1. Place chia seeds, vanilla and coconut milk into a large bowl and mix
2. Then place in the fridge and sit in for half an hour to soak and absorb coconut milk
3. Remove from fridge and using a whisk break up the seeds as they may have clumped a little in the fridge
4. Then once absorbed and mixed well you will have a nice thick yogurt-like consistency
5. Using 6 water glasses you can start to layer with chia mixture
6. Fill about 1/3 full, add fresh fig quarters, hemp seeds and raspberries. Place in the fridge and enjoy anytime during the day
