To make this easy granola. You’ll need the following⬇️
3 cups of rolled oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup of fine brown sugar
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup of almonds
1/4 cup of cashews
1/4 cup of macadamia
1/4 cup of pecans
1/4 cup of brazil
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1 banana mashed
Start by pre-heating an oven to 160 degrees – fan-forced. ( make sure the top element isn’t on )
Now add all the ingredients above into a large mixing bowl.
Use your hands to mix the ingredients until we combine.
Now place baking paper on two large baking trays.
Divide the granola onto the two trays, making sure you spread a thin layer and not too thick. Or the mix will not cook evenly.
Place in the oven to cook for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, toss the granola and cook for the remaining time.
Once cooked – turn the oven off and let cool. Once cooked, remove and add any dried fruits or goji berries. Place in an airtight container and keep for three months.
