Chocolate Vegan Pancakes
Looking for some easy quick light and fluffy chocolate vegan pancakes? Then try these fail proof vegan pancakes. These can be enjoyed both GF and regular, making them perfect for anyones dietary restrictions.
Making vegan pancakes is super easy. So many people that when we switch to plants we can’t enjoy pastry, pancakes, crepes, and sweets. Well, the truth is, we can!
All we have to do is swap out the dairy component, for a plant-based version. We can use nut milks, nut butters, nut based creams and sauces. Here is my quick and easy chocolate vegan pancakes recipe
This recipe makes 8 Chocolate Vegan Pancakes
1 cup of SR flour or GF SR
1 1/2 cups of cashew milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of raw cacao
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together until you have a smooth and creamy batter – It should be the consistence as thick yogurt. Adjust flour or nut milk as you need.
- Let rest for 15 minutes
- Then heat a large non stick fry pan on medium heat with a little nut butter or oil
- Add 3 large heaped spoon fulls to the pan and cook for around 3 minutes per side
- Enjoy with fresh raspberries and vegan chocolate sauce
